Prior to embarking on your journey, we highly recommend securing Travel Insurance to safeguard your plans. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will only be processed once another booking is secured for the same dates and tariff as your original reservation. Please note that this is subject to being more than 60 days away from the scheduled check-in date, and an administrative fee of $250. Any incurred credit card fees, not refundable by the bank, will also be deducted. Regrettably, refunds will not be granted for cancellations within 60 days of the check-in date. However, for bookings beyond this timeframe, a travel credit may be issued if an alternative reservation of equal or higher value is arranged. The credit will be prorated if the new booking holds a lower value. These credits remain valid within a 12-month period.

It is essential to consider travel insurance policies that include Covid Cover.

And any policy incorporating a Hybrid Policy for government restrictions related to Covid, such as border closures or lockdowns.In cases where we are unable to provide a refund due to government restrictions (Covid-related), we commit to offering a travel credit equal to the number of nights booked, with a 12-month expiry from the cancellation date. This credit is redeemable across any of our 24 properties listed on our website. If the reservation was for peak dates (school holidays and long weekends) and your dates are successfully rebooked, you may travel on similar or lesser value dates. In the event the dates are not rebooked, a travel credit for the same number of nights will be offered, applicable to off-peak times.

Notification of cancellations due to government restrictions must be communicated within 48 hours of the imposition of the restriction, with an immediate cancellation to enhance the rebooking chances. A $250 administrative fee applies to rebooked dates.

For clarification, peak dates are defined as school holidays and long weekends, while off-peak refers to all other dates. In the event of a cancellation less than a week before the check-in date, a travel credit for rebooked days at an off-peak time will be offered.
